A retreat is a time to be alone, slow down, step back, and reflect. It is a time for self-reflection and to let God speak to your heart.
Prayer for Compassion Agency offers the following types of retreats:
- Private: A time away for prayer, rest, silence, solitude, and enjoying nature.
- Directed: Each program is personalized to best meet the needs and desires of each participant. You will experience the harmonious balance of activity, inner work, personal challenge, and group reflection. - Centering Prayer: A retreat with silence, presentations, and several periods of centering prayer throughout the day.
Retreats will be offered at multiple times throughout the year at various locations in the United States and abroad. Retreat locations may include: monasteries, hermitages, churches, universities and, retreat centers. Pilgrimages will also be offered.
